Kekezza is a Cornish dance and music group celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026. They take their name from the Cornish word for heather, a flower often used as a symbol of Cornwall, and the colours of its blooms are reflected in their costumes.
Over the years, Kekezza has proudly represented Cornwall at numerous Celtic events and festivals, including appearances in Wales, Asturias and Brittany, as well as extensively at venues and festivals across Cornwall itself.
Their repertoire combines collected traditional dances with more contemporary choreography created in a traditional style, celebrating both the heritage and the living tradition of Cornish dance.
