Join Danish band The Sentimentals to celebrate their 20-year anniversary of making music together with some very special with friends & heroes – Jonathan Byrd, Stephen Fearing & Mary Gauthier.

The Sentimentals are support specialists. A helpline for songs. A secret weapon.”
(Jonathan Byrd)

Nikolaj Wolf on bass, Jacob Chano on drums and M.C. Hansen og guitar, perhaps better known as The Sentimentals continue to record albums and tour with North American and European songwriters. Since 2004 they’ve collaborated with more than 40 artists such as Stephen Fearing, Jonathan Byrd, Gurf Morlix, Slaid Cleaves, Ana Egge and Linda McRae.

Always on the lookout for musical borders, not to be limited by them but to find a way to cross the musical river even if the water is wide and build bridges between genres and bring people together.

Their latest effort “Borders and Bridges” is a concert series of twenty shows where they bring together friends and heroes for a musical collaboration and exploration of music’s ability to connect people no matter where they come from, what they believe in, what they sound like and which story they have to tell.
