Formed in 1980, the team performs the North West style of morris and has a reputation for a fast and lively dance style. Originating in Lancashire in the late 19th century, some of the dances they perform were traditionally used in the early 20th century, but over time the team has also written dances of its own, taking their inspiration and dance names from landmarks in and around the local area of Horbury.
